Antica Fabbrica del Cioccolato S.A.I.D. opened in 1923 and is one of Rome’s most famous and popular chocolate shops. The Abbey of the Three Fountains is home to the Bottega dei Trappisti, which produces beautifully handcrafted chocolates of excellent quality. To this day, the chocolatiers follow an ancient recipe, which has been handed down through the generations by the Trappist Monks.
