If you love Italian cuisine and are heading to Rome in late November then be sure to check out the Festival of Roman Cuisine on Piazzale XII Ottobre, which is being held on the 25th, 26th and 27th of November.
This unmissable event is being hosted in the city to celebrate the launch of a new guide to the restaurants in Rome and further afield in the Lazio region, which is being published by the La Repubblica newspaper, Eataly and The Republic Guides.
The festival will celebrate all types of Roman cuisine, including traditional recipes and budget-friendly street food, with many Roman chefs and chefs from Lazio displaying their skills at the event. There will also be live music, cooking shows and classes, making it the perfect event if you want to learn more about Roman cuisine and Italian cooking.
If you can’t make the event but are eager to learn more about Rome’s best restaurant, grab a copy of the new guide that the festival is celebrating next time you visit the city: “Guide to the Flavors and Delights of Rome and Lazio in 2017”.
