The Lantern Festival, which sees the Italian night sky light up with colourful lanterns, is coming to Rome in late November. If you’re visiting the city, this is a fun night-time activity to enjoy and an especially romantic treat for couples and honeymooners.
The lanterns will be distributed to participants of the festival, who will also be treated to an enjoyable tour of the Circus Maximus. After the lanterns are released, those attending the event will be able to enjoy the colourful lanterns rising into the night sky, all lit up in unison.
