Promoted by the municipal administration and the Committee of Verona, the Christmas Market can be seen across Verona, stretching throughout the city. As you explore the Christmas Market, you’ll tour famous locations across Verona, all decorated with Christmas cheer. Locations included in the Verona Christmas Market include:

In preparation for the Christmas Market, as early as 18th November, Verona’s Christmas Tree was unveiled on Piazza dei Signori as the lights were all turned on. At San Pietro Castle you’ll find an igloo lounge with a 5-metres-high reindeer, while in San Zeno a magnificent nativity scene has been set up.
For the Christmas Market, the house of Santa Claus will be set up in the Old Market Courtyard. There will also be a Santa Claus Post in San Giorgio Long Church with a giant 5-metre luminous bear over the Verona Centre Car Park. Covering various locations across the city, the 2017 Verona Christmas Market will run from 17th to 26th December.
